3. Data & Privacy

To improve user experience and continuously enhance the product, Zixel may collect certain information related to your Beta usage, such as device information, usage logs, documents, and interaction data.

4. User Content Ownership

All models, assemblies, drawings, process files, and other content ("User Content") created or uploaded in the Beta remain the property of you or your organization.

Potential Issues in the Beta

As the product is still under active development and optimization, the Beta version may encounter, including but not limited to:

• Compatibility issues with certain browsers, hardware, or file formats
• Performance fluctuations or slow response
• Temporary service interruptions
• In extreme cases, potential risk of data loss

Therefore, it is not recommended to use the Beta version for critical production tasks without proper backups.

Please ensure that you maintain local or third-party backups of your data.
