Suppress Mates

The Suppress Mate command temporarily disables a mate without deleting it. It is useful for checking assembly constraints and troubleshooting mate conflicts. A suppressed mate can be restored later.

Steps

1. Hover over the mate node you want to suppress

2. Click the "Suppress" icon on the right side of the mate node.

• To restore a suppressed mate, click the "Unsuppress" icon on the right side of the mate node.

• Suppressed mate nodes are displayed differently in the structure tree:
