Part Modeling

Part Modeling is a core capability of ZIXEL 3D CAD, supporting the complete workflow from sketch creation to feature-based modeling.

With tools such as Extrude, Revolve, Sweep, and Loft, users can accurately create a wide range of 3D solid models, including mechanical components, structural parts, and custom freeform designs. Dimensions, parameters, and source sketches remain editable throughout the design process, ensuring both flexibility and precision.

Assembly Design

Assembly Design provides efficient tools for building complete products from multiple components.

Users can accurately position and constrain parts using mate relationships such as Coincident, Parallel, Concentric, and Tangent. These constraints help simulate real-world assembly structures and motion behavior.

Drawing

The Drawings module enables fast creation of industry-standard 2D engineering drawings directly from 3D models.

It includes a comprehensive set of annotation tools such as Dimensions, Tolerance Annotations, Geometric Tolerances, and Notes. Associative update functionality ensures drawings automatically reflect changes made to the corresponding 3D models, reducing repetitive manual rework.
