Concentric

Steps

1. Select the first circle/arc.

2. Select the second circle/arc.

3. Hover over the "Constraint" icon in the toolbar.

4. Click the "Concentric Constraint" icon, and the circles/arcs will share the same center point.

5. Right-click or press Esc to exit.
