Steps
Hover over the "Rectangle" icon in the toolbar.
Select "Parallelogram" to enter Parallelogram mode.
Create a parallelogram:
Left-click to define the first vertex of the parallelogram.
Move the cursor and click to the adjacent vertex.
Move the cursor and click to define the third point and complete the parallelogram. The fourth point is generated automatically so that opposite sides remain parallel.
(Optional) Enter values and press Enter to apply constraints.
Right-click or press Esc to exit.
