Coincident

The Coincident mate aligns two mate objects to the same position or plane. It is commonly used to position components accurately in an assembly.

Steps

1. Press M or click the "New Mate" icon to enter mate mode.

2. Create a mate:

   1. Select a pair of mate objects in the graphics area.

   2. Select "Coincident" in the Mate menu. The two objects become coincident automatically.

   3. (Optional) Click the Filp button to reverse the alignment direction of the mating faces.

3. Press Esc or click the "New Mate" icon again to exit mate mode.
