Split

The Split tool divides sketch geometry into independent segments, providing convenience for subsequent targeted editing and constraint adding.

Steps

1. Hover over the "Trim" icon in the toolbar.

2. Select "Split" to enter the split editing mode.

3. Click a position on sketch geometry to insert a split point.

   1. Continue clicking to create additional split points if needed.

4. Right-click or press Esc to exit.

Notes

• Closed geometry such as circles requires two split points to complete the first split operation.
